What Is The Art Cohort

8 Classes/Workshops

The first two weeks of class we will set the foundation for your time in the cohort. Together you will have the chance to meet and get to know your cohort mates and get your standard supplies at orientation and then take courses as a collective on fundamentals of design and color theory.

Classes will have morning and evening offerings on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays to best fit your schedule. Class sizes will remain small with no more than 8 people in them to make sure you have one-on-one time with your instructor.

Supplies + Open Studio Hours

Each participant will receive a basic supplies kit. You will also be able to access Kinspoke during open studio hours to work on your art/projects and have a space to create.

It will give you the opportunity to work alongside other artists and have extra time with instructors

Final Group Exhibition

The Art Cohort will end with a group exhibition + celebration where you will show your art. This is a place to invite your friends and family to see the work you have done and celebrate the completion of your co-hort.

8-weeks of discovery + education through your choice of creative medium.

Have you ever wanted to go to art school? Maybe you want to be guided through a new medium with an artist as your mentor. Maybe you want to slow down and focus on a creative path with other like-minded creative folk. The Art Cohort by Kinspoke will give you that opportunity. In The Art Cohort students will learn the principles of design, color theory, and select a major area of study to focus on for their time in the cohort. Each student will be guided by professional artists and given education, assistance, and feedback on their work.
